E-Data Teknoloji received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the public offering.
Shares of E-Data Teknoloji Pazarlama AŞ with a nominal value of TL 13 million will be offered to the public at a price of TL 6.00 per share.
Demands for E-Data Teknoloji shares will be collected on 29/30 June with an equal distribution method.
E-Data Teknoloji will use all of the resources to be obtained from the public offering, which will be realized through the capital increase method, as working capital in the organic and inorganic growth of the company.
E-Data Teknoloji Board Member and General Manager T. Fatih Mutlu said that as E-Data Teknoloji, they are the distributor of hardware and software solutions of companies in the world and in Turkey.
Noting that E-Data Technology has a net sales revenue of 134 million TL at the end of 2020, Mutlu stated that all the funds to be provided from the public offering will be used as working capital for the organic and inorganic growth of the company.
Mutlu said: We will focus on organic and inorganic rapid growth by having an even stronger capital structure with the resources to be provided from the public offering. In addition to organic growth, inorganic growth by investing in companies with certain specifications is among our priority targets. We especially plan to invest in companies that operate in different areas of information technology security and distribute strong brands. We are also planning a new warehouse investment in Ankara. In this sense, we will use a large part of the resource we will obtain from the public offering for working capital in the rapid growth we aim, and a small part for warehouse investment and reorganization studies.
The public offering will be realized by the equal distribution method.
Atilla Esen, General Manager of A1 Capital, who led the public offering of E-Data Teknoloji, said that the public offering, which will be carried out with the capital increase method, will be realized through sales in Borsa Istanbul and with the “equal distribution of shares” method to all investors without any group discrimination. Esen stated that the public offering price was determined as 6 TL per share.
